I've always wondered the story behind the letter

The letter is a letter that employees can find in the break room (or housekeeping office) at Disney World that contains the story behind the Utilidors. The employees can then choose to either put the letter in the mailbox or leave it in the break room. Once the letter is placed in the mailbox it gets delivered to the Utilidor tunnels. From there it gets put in an underground mailbox. It is then picked up by an employee and brought to the post office, where it can be mailed to whatever address the employee put on the envelop. <br><br>Now I don't really know the story behind this letter and why employees can put this letter in the mailbox. But to me, this is a little strange. I have no idea what the story is behind this letter, but I have always wondered if this is a red flag. Is this a way that Disney can get something in the mail and make it seem like it was coming from an employee? I don't really know why Disney would want this and I don't really know what this story behind the letter is but it always really weird.
