AITA for telling my boyfriend to keep his basketball buddies away from me?

So I really like my boyfriend a lot and I think he has potential to be someone for me long term. However he does this one annoying thing. Whenever we're chillin or getting food with his buddies, he always leaves me alone to talk to the guys on the team. I'm fine with him wanting to talk with his buddies alone but I'm there too, so it would be nice if he could check in every once in a while to make sure I'm ok. <br><br>Another thing is that his buddies try to get me to do stuff for them when my boyfriend isn't paying attention. I'll get asked to get snacks or to help them with random stuff which yeah, no thanks. Today, his friends were getting food at this restaurant and we went in with them. So the buddies go to the front to pay while my boyfriend and I are behind them. His friend turns around and tells me that I can go first if I want since I was there first. I get in front of his friend and he goes, "Yooo, you're cutting!" And the other friends go, "Yooo you can't cut." <br><br>It was annoying but I thought maybe they were just joking. My boyfriend goes up to pay and I tell him I'll pay for myself. I pay first and his buddies see me pay and then I walk past them and sit down. They're all like, "She cut us! She cut us!" And his friend goes, "What b****, you thought you could cut us?" Then the other friend goes, "What if this was a real restaurant?" <br><br>I just ignored them and sat down to eat. After my boyfriend finishes paying, he goes up to the friends and goes, "What's up? If y'all were waiting for me you could've waited!" And they go, "She cut us bro." Then my boyfriend goes, "What the f***, why would you do that?" Then I go, "I paid dumbass, I could order first." My boyfriend was quiet. <br><br>Anyway, his friends kept making jokes about me cutting for the rest of the night and my boyfriend didn't say anything. I told him after practice to please tell his friends to get out of my face and that I would not deal with their s*** anymore. He said they were just joking but I told him that it wasn't cool to try to make a big deal out of small stuff. He said he would talk to them and it would never happen again but I'm not sure he will. If he doesn't, I'll probably just avoid hanging with him and his friends and just hanging with him whenever I see him.<br><br>Edit: I'm a girl btw
