I found out something about my wife that I don't know what to do with..

She goes to a lot of kink clubs apparently and I can't BELIEVE it. All of this was unknown to me, it wasn't until I hacked into her email account that I found out about this. I really feel betrayed and don't know what to do. It was my mistake to hack her email account and I have no right to know what's on there. As a result I feel bad, I shouldn't have hacked her email, but I also feel bad that she did this. She's never done anything like this before, and I'm worried that she's so secretive about it that I might not know the extent of it.. I don't even know how to bring this up to her, should I? I'm just so confused.. Any advice would be helpful..
