I've been lurking around this chamber for 3 years now, and I still can't find a job in AI. I've been preparing for 3 years now. I'm close to giving up. I went to a top university, I've taken Andrew Ng's course, I've worked on various AI projects, I've tried to network, I've applied to tons of AI jobs on LinkedIn. I still can't find a job.

Are there other chambers I should be looking at? Other sources? Do I need to network in person?

I've applied to 100s of AI jobs and I have gotten very close to 3 different job offers. There was one job I got really close to at a top company where I got to the last round and got rejected because I didn't know what an ROC curve was.

Redditors, what is the best way to get a job in AI?
