Using an AI to reduce your accent

So, I am not a native English speaker, and mine, like everybody else that is not a native speaker in any language, is going to have an accent. I've lived in the US for awhile now, and I've gotten good enough to where it's not an issue. But this idea came to me as I was practicing my Russian language skills, with a Russian AI. My accent is terrible, but what if I could reduce it with an AI? This reminds me to Rosetta Stone, but it's not an app at all, and as far as I can tell, it doesn't have any type of "accent reduction" in their app.

Here's how it could work: You choose the language, and then you start your accent reducing journey. First, it asks what you are native in, and you could choose things like English, Spanish, Russian, etc. Then you practice speaking into the app, and it tells you the exact phonemes you need to change, and then shows you how to pronounce them correctly. For example, if you were a native Russian speaker trying to learn English, it could tell you you don't pronounce the "th" sound right. The app would show you how to pronounce it correctly, and you could practice it. Or, if you're a native Arabic speaker trying to learn English, it would tell you how to pronounce the "p" sound right. This seems like it would be a very effective way to get rid of your accent. Has there ever been any app similar to this?
