Letterkenny gives me the same vibes as an episode of The Boys, and I don't mean that as a compliment

"Quirky" dialogue, hypermasculine posturing, and beatings for beatings sake. I get that folks like this kind of thing, but the same "authenticity" of blasphemy and gore that makes people like The Boys just makes me roll my eyes at Letterkenny when I hear the characters go on about being a tough Canadian from a small town.
