AITA for kicking my brother and his fiance from my house after she threw away my deceased wife's flowers?

So my wife died 18 months ago in a car accident. I’m still grieving but i’m trying to move on. My brother and his fiance are staying at my sunroom while his house is being built. His fiance replaced my housekeeper two months ago (when she got a new job). I didn’t mind. I’m generous with my money and my house is big they have their own space. My brother doesn’t matter here he’s in the middle and said I need to understand her.

After my wife died I took the wedding and reception flowers and got them freeze dried preserved and put them in a shadow box. I also saved her wedding dress and veil. She loved sunflowers and daisies so I keep a bouquet of them in the living room. I had a couple of potted sunflowers too. I got them from a subscription.

Two weeks ago I had a meeting with a lawyer to discuss the case (the person was sentenced to 4 years and 2 years probation). So I came home and I was upset. When I came in my brother and his fiance were in the kitchen. I went to get wine to drink and I saw the sunflower stems in the recycle bin. I blew up at them and asked wtf is wrong with them. They said they were old and died. I screamed I don’t give a fuck you don’t touch anything like that. My housekeeper would’ve left it like everything related to my wife. My brother tried to tell me I wasn’t being reasonable and to get over it.

My brother and his fiance are staying at a hotel now. They’ve been telling the family and our friends that I’m unreasonable and I need to grow up and move on. My mom has been subjecting me to weekly therapy too. But I just can’t get over this. Those flowers were everything to me.
