Men really like a girl with a little ass, but women prefer a guy with a big ass?

That's a confusing title I know, I'm sorry, but I'm genuinely confused to.

So basically: women prefer a man with a bigger butt/hips, but men love skinny waisted girls. Yea, some men like women with more curves, but generally speaking I don't think it's true to say most men prefer an hourglass figure.

So I don't really get how this works. Like do we all just have to genetic reincarnate to fit the beauty standard?

I'm a woman, 5'2" (157cm) , 52kg (115lbs), 24F and I genuinely believe that if you're under 60kg as a female you're all good, but I've been told by men that this is too thin. Yea, I'm all good physically, but I'm still a bit underweight.

So I have a friend who is 170cm and 70kg and really toned, she is a gymnast, and she is told by men that she's too big. She has an hourglass figure, I don't get it. I don't really know anyone who meets the beauty standard. The men just get fat in their 30s, so I don't really get it.

On the other hand women do generally prefer men with a bigger butt. Not big in the sense of fat, but more muscular. It just seems like there's not really a common beauty standard for men, it's more like a personal preference, but for women it's constant and the standard is changing. A bit confusing imo.

So, to answer my own question: NO, WE DON'T ALL JUST HAVE TO GENETICALLY REINCARNATE TO FIT THE BEAUTY STANDARD. I just have to go to therapy for my eating disorder.

Edit: I believe that beauty standards are over, and I'm not really sure what you can consider to be the standard anymore. I'm just curious on how men perceive women. I see a lot of men saying that women with curves and a bigger butt is the "standard", but a lot of women that I know think that that is too much. I don't know, maybe the standard is just women? I don't really know, I was just wondering what the standard is.
