The only thing worse than catgirls are people who use them as a way to attack anime fans

I can't even count how many times I've seen people on social media use a picture of a catgirl from an anime (usually Zendesk girl or Saiko Ichinohei) to signal that they don't like anime. Nothing makes me angrier than people who use an anime character to attack anime fans. Not only does it make them look like an absolute idiot, but it also makes them look like a fucking hypocrite. Don't tell me how much you hate anime when YOU'RE USING AN ANIME CHARACTER TO ATTACK ANIME FANS. What the fuck is this? Using an anime character to attack anime fans is like using a picture of Spider-Man to attack marvel fans. It just doesn't make any fucking sense.
