I'm dying a lot faster than I thought I would

I'm an alcoholic and I'm 31, I'm dying from alcoholics. I was told 3 months in a hospital to live, 5 months at home. 9 months tops. I'm on my last day of hospital stay and I don't feel any different. My heart damage is bad but my Cardiologist seems to think it's permanent and so does my doctor. Everyone else keeps telling me I still have time. I'm so done. I never thought it would effect me like this. I literally just drank beer. I'm a petite woman I don't understand why I'm dying. I'm just so confused. I literally just got my shit together 2 years ago after losing everything and having a kid. I'm so done.
