How can we force big tech to get out of China?

Google, Apple, Microsoft, and all the other big tech companies have manufacturing bases in China.<br><br>We need a coordinated effort to have their manufacturing done in the US.<br><br>If we force big tech to abandon their manufacturing centers in China then we might be able to defeat China at their own game.
