How do you eat so cheaply every day?

Some of the prices listed are dirt cheap! The information is interesting. You guys are awesome. I have one question though. Most of you seem to be eating very well, and very cheap. How do you get your groceries so cheap? I constantly struggle to keep my groceries under 1k per month, and it takes a lot of time and effort to do so. I’m genuinely curious how some of you are able to stretch your money to get all that for so cheap.
