I 23F am a by an average girl in terms of looks and body but the only thing that is“attractive“ about me is my chest it’s not big but it’s a little disproportionate with the rest of my body, I started getting comments about my chest since middle school to the point where it embarrassed me.

My boyfriend’s (25M) sister (25F) was getting married and they are a big family so of course we were invited, my bf asked me what I was gonna wear and I told him I had a yellow floral sundress, he asked me to cover up and I was like why? He told me his family is very old fashioned and will not approve of my dress and I said it’s fine it’s not like I care about what they think about me.

He kept pushing me so I asked him to show me some outfits and he sent me some and I was like ok it’s fine it’s his sister’s wedding I don’t wanna ruin it for her. So on the day of the wedding we arrived and everyone was in their dress and suit it was like we took a time machine back in the 50s.

By the time the photo shooting started my bf’s sister came up to me and told me “either you cover up either you leave“ I was surprised and she said “this is my day and I don’t want any woman that looks like you here“ I told her it’s fine I’m leaving and she said “I’m not a stupid girl you either show some respect or you get out“ I left and my bf stayed and he called me asking me why I left and I told him he was silent for a moment then said “you could’ve covered up a little it’s not hard“ I broke up with him in the moment and he was like “she was in her wedding dress what did you expected“ and he hung up on me.

I told my friend about what happened and she told me maybe I should’ve covered up more because weddings are important for the families.
