Do Orthodox Christians use condoms?

Um, sorry Orthodox Christians, no disrespect. It's just that I remember a story of an Orthodox Christian couple who had 8 children, and I'm curious if they use birth control because I vaguely remember it being forbidden. It's just a weird thing I was wondering about.
