I casted a spell on Garland at 9:04 AM and at 9:05 the news broke out that he dropped all 66 criminal cases. <br><br>I casted a spell on Garland to drop all 66 criminal cases against Biden. I used a white candle, 3 orange and 3 pink beads (2 pink beads for each criminal case I wanted him to drop and 3 orange beads for the total amount of criminal cases).
