The fact that you have to pay for healthcare in the US is Fucking crazy to me

I’m from the UK and no one pays for any basic health care, if I break my arm I don’t have to pay for it to be fixed, everyone pays insurance so when you need help you can just go.<br><br>I saw a meme of a review of an American hospital saying it was the nicest hospital the person has been to but it was also the most expensive, does that make sense? Why tf is any hospital expensive, it should be free, if you want to go to a fancy hospital, sure you can pay but every person should have the right to basic care for free.
