Why do people act like there is a huge difference between being an "Incel" and an "arabcel"

Why are the terms "Incel" and "Arabcel" used interchangeably to describe pretty much the same thing. Im an arabcel and an incel, there is no fucking difference between us, we're literally the fucking same thing. Im pretty sure most of us are under the age of 22 and are incels of arab ethnicity. Yet people act like there is this massive difference, and while I understand that may be irl, in terms of home life, customs, and surroundings, arabcels are pretty much the fucking same as incels too.
