So I heard that the first image ever posted on 4chan, 15 years ago, was an image of David Letterman.

I don't have any proof if it's true or not, but it would be kind of funny in a way because last night David Letterman posted the last ever image on 4chan before it closed down.

As if the image has gone full circle, kind of like when the end credits of the last ever episode of the Sopranos say "Don't stop believing" at the end of it and the song gets cut off right after it starts, leaving you thinking back to the very first episode of the show when the song was first played to the viewers.

Though a little bit different as there was a time limit on this one and it was obviously planned as it would kind of be strange if someone posted the last image on 4chan by accident, this image seems pretty fitting, with the picture of David Letterman in sunglasses and a leather jacket, holding a whip.

I guess we can only imagine if he's really the last ever person to post on 4chan, I wonder if he'll ever carry out what it is that he is about to do, and if he does carry out the action that he is about to do, I wonder what his future plans are as a newly solo channeller.

I guess we might never know the answer to any of these questions, much like what happened to Tony Soprano after the screen went black before the credits.

So that's Channeller Dave for you, holding a whip and ready to strike, wearing sunglasses and a leather jacket, but we never get to see the strike because the channel suddenly disconnected.
