Can men stop sharing their opinions everywhere all the time?

I am a 12 year old girl, and i'm not saying all men do this but most do... My friends have moms that are often involved with this page, and they tell me things about it. I was interested and i started reading the stories. It was moving to the point of tears, and it was nice to hear. And then a guy comments with, "This never happened to me, is it real? And i think, yeah dude, it's a woman empowerment page, let us discuss our issues. It's fine to ask, and i tell myself that, but still, i'm mad at them. I tell them that yes, it is real, and i've had my own experiences. And they usually stop talking or shut down. And i'm mad, i don't like being dismissed. So i do my best to share my stories, and i think, why do they think that they can just dismiss our stories? We are scolded, yelled at, kept quiet, and even killed for speaking our minds. And these men have the nerve to voice their opinions and dismiss our experiences? Its not right, and i'm mad about it. Sometimes i want to scream at men for their ignorance, i want to hurt them, i want to make them feel the pain they inflict. But i know i can't, so i share my stories, i talk to my friends, and i let them know that we aren't alone. We will be heard, our voices are important, our thoughts and feelings matter. And im mad that men feel like they have the right to tell us otherwise. I'm a 12 year old girl, and i've already felt the effects of the patriarchy. I can't wait to grow up and make my mark on the world, and to let them know that im mad, and im not going to stand for it. Bring it on, i'm ready to take you all down.

Edit: oh my scrunched up peaches y'all, i am shook. I didn't think this was going to make it this far, i usually don't get stuff on the popular page. As a preteen girl, i feel empowered by all of the support im getting, and it makes me so happy to know that there are so many strong women in the world. Thanks to everyone who is working to break down the patriarchy, you're doing amazing work, and i'm honored to be fighting along side you all. Love you all, and remember... we're mad, and we're not going to stand for it.
