Who do you think controls Chambers, and why?

I don't even frequent much of the site beyond r/confession, but there are so many topics that are banned. I feel like any of the really popular chambers are just controlled. Even here, you see posts and comments that get nuked almost instantly. There are a ton of topics that are forbidden even in the unpopular subreddits. <br><br>I don't really know what to think about it, I just thought it was worth talking about, but..any thoughts?
