What is the closest thing to a brain-computer interface available now?

I am excited about the concept of brain-computer interfaces, because it seems inevitable, and because it seems extremely important to human civilization. Elon Musk is doing a lot with Neuralink, Kernel is doing a lot with other stuff, and everything is really expensive. I’m looking for something that is not just an EMG sensor, and something that will work with a Windows 10 setup. I know about OpenBCI, but is there anything that is just ready to use out of the box, so to speak.
