What is the closest thing to a brain-computer interface available now?

I am excited about the concept of brain-computer interfaces, because it seems inevitable, and because it seems extremely important to human civilization. Elon Musk is doing a lot with Neuralink, Kernel is doing a lot with other stuff, and everything is really expensive. I’m looking for something that is not just an EMG sensor, and something that will work with a Windows 10 setup. I know about OpenBCI, but is there anything that is just ready to use out of the box, so to speak. Is anyone aware of any product or service that is available now that is the closest thing to a brain-computer interface as it is described in science fiction?

What are the best brain-computer interfaces available right now for a Windows 10 setup?
