What is happening right now in the UK political news

The UK is currently in crisis political meltdown. <br><br>A short summary of what has lead us to where we are now:<br><br>Boris Johnson was a delusional, entitled, narcissistic psychopath that was voted into office as our prime minister back in 2019. He won an election in 2019 to determine whether we wanted to leave the European Union or not. A lot of people voted in this election because they wanted to "Get Brexit Done" as that was his slogan. However he had zero plan for what we were gonna do after we left. He also was a lazy leader that didn't like to actually do any work and the whole government was in a mess. He was also very divisive and created a lot of hostility and turned a portion of the nation against those that were opposed to him and his policies. <br><br>He was in office for three years. He was kicked out of office in 2022 and replaced with Liz Truss. She was a very short lived prime minister and was also ousted after a couple of months. Rishi Sunak is currently the prime minister of the UK.<br><br>There isn't really any politicians left in the Conservative party anymore. There are just people that are in political office for power and to line their own pockets. They are very republican and have been taking notes from the GOP. <br><br>I don't really know where to go from here as there is just so much to say and to explain as to what has lead us to where we are now. The UK isn't really a functioning country anymore. It is a complete mess.
