I imagine this must be similar to how Russian people feel about the Soviet Union. A nation that was supposed to be the greatest society in the world, where everyone is equal and happy. But underneath all the pomp and circumstance, a brutal and oppressive regime, that in the end failed to provide the basic necessities for its people, and its own existence was only sustained by propaganda and terror. Lasted almost a century, no one knows when it will truly end, but everyone knows it did a long time ago.

Both Koreas are belligerents of a war that was supposed to end in 1953. Sooner or later, we have to accept the North Koreans are the losers, and reunify the peninsula to end this conflict, so we can all truly be at peace.

I know most people here think democracy is great, but I'm sure there are many people here who feel like I do, like you didn't choose a political system, it chose you. By the time you know the truth, its too late to choose anything else. But maybe I'm alone in this feeling.

This war has already taken people's lives. Now it is up to us to take back our lives from the tyrannical regimes that claim to speak in our name. We cannot fail again.
