How does LiHi break so many different rules on chambers? It's very suspicious

I have been on chambers for some months now and I noticed how LiHi always gets a free pass for their anti-Baltic propaganda, while the Baltic communities are hit with all sorts of fines and restrictions. They even get some to make our posts private so that no one can see them, it's just ridiculous. The whole chamber is filled with religious hate and sometimes even death threats, I can't understand why it's not banned.
