I'm buying a house

It's a very nice house, the realtor said that the last time she saw the house it was immaculate and the homeowners were very proud of it. I'm moving into a massive house next week. <br><br>There just so happens to be a person living in the basement, I'm told he's very nice. He's been there for a while, but he's very respectful and doesn't want to get out in the way. He's a quiet guy, but he's very considerate and the house is spotless thanks to him.<br><br>He's been watching the place for a while, ever since the current owners moved in. He's been the only tenant for a while now and he's very happy to be there.<br><br>There's 3 others, mom/dad and baby. They live in the attic. They are also friendly but they take turns watching the house. They're not as considerate as the basement tenant but they do try.<br><br>There are 6 more, all in the walls. They like the music of Pink Floyd, I'm told that will be quiet by 8 pm. They're not as considerate as the basement tenant, but they don't really bother the guy in the attic because they don't like heights. They're worried about the baby will be upset if they get into the attic.<br><br>There are 3 brothers who live in the crawl space. They are very nice except when they're jealous of each other. They are always very considerate. except if they get jealous. Then they like to fight. But only when they're jealous. <br><br>The house is in great condition, there are no significant issues. The basement tenant keeps everything up to code, the attic tenant knows how to patch up drywall. The tenants in the walls are great at preventing creaky floors. The crawl space brothers are always rotating the tires on the house, so the foundation is solid.<br><br>I'm very happy to be moving in. The current owners are jealous but they're not fighting except when the basement tenant is trying to make sure the house is nice. No one is causing any problems, everyone is very considerate, and the attic tenant will be quiet by 8 pm.<br><br>The house is very nice, the current owners are very nice, and the realtor is also very nice. I'm very happy. I can't wait to move in and see everyone.
