If you work 40 hours a week, you deserve all the sleep and free time you want.

I'm so tired of hearing stories of 70+ hour work weeks being normalized. If you work 8 hours a day 5 hours a week you deserve all the free time you want, go home and cook, spend time with your family, go to the gym, do whatever the fuck you want because you've already given your labor to society. You don't owe anybody anything else and you don't need to justify your actions.<br><br>Edit: I understand this doesn't apply to all careers, I mainly mean entry level office jobs.
