My (F) friend just got robbed by a male

I was chatting with my friend and she got home. a guy walked up to her, pointed a gun in her face and took her phone and wallet. She said she’s in shock but physically fine. <br><br><br>Lay out some advice, I don’t want to fuck this up, I’m so angry I could cry.<br><br>EDIT: sorry for the confusion, I’m their friend. I wasn’t the one robbed.
