A lot of people don't know this but you literally CANNOT make yourself return to a state of normal fertility if you're already infertile.

It's just not biologically possible.

It's all about what happens in your ovaries. As your baby grows, it will start to gain cells to sustain its growth. As it grows, it will start to break down certain proteins in your ovaries, which your ovaries will be unable to return to a normal state after undergoing massive cellular degradation. Cells are not like legos that you can just somehow replace or put back together perfectly, they undergo cell death when their cellular matrix breaks down.

In order to return to your normal state of fertility before becoming infertile, you would literally have to regrow your ovaries and replace the missing cellular material, which is just not biologically possible.
