Is sleeping on a futon a bad idea?

Hello. I had a question if sleeping on one of those futon mattresses is good for your back/overall health. I am a college student and have one in my dorm. I don’t have much money to spend on high-quality mattresses. <br><br>But if you have any advice on how to improve my sleep quality too, I would appreciate that. I am open to any tips and tricks if you believe it will do me any good.
