What would you want in a subcompact 10mm?

We all have different needs for a self-defense gun. Some of us like our pocket Glocks for their small size and low cost, others prefer a larger firearm like the PPQ because it is easier to handle. 10mm has a reputation for greater stopping power than our traditional calibers, for example the 9mm PPQ. Some of us want a pistol that is as small as possible, but will still send a 10mm round downrange.

So, what would you want in a subcompact 10mm pistol?

For myself, I would want it to be small enough to still pocket carry fairly well. The inner barrel length should be similar to most other subcompact pistols, such as the Glock 43X. It should also be around the size of the PPQ. I would want it to carry 8 rounds with one in the pipe, and a full mag would hold 9. It would have a base model that is as barebones as possible for a reasonable price, but it would also have a premium model with stippling, coatings, anodized slides, and a frame cut to accommodate an industry standard optic.

TLDR: what would you want in a subcompact 10mm pistol?
