How do I get AI to give me the right answers from my digital assistant?

I have a tough time getting accurate answers from other chat services such as Google, Alexa, and others, but I think those platforms are more built for voice commands than written. The results are way more accurate. I have heard other chat platforms such as Bing, and others. I've done the research on them but would love to know your experiences. Love your perspective.
