How would the world change if men didn't have to deal with the pressure of being the hunter in the dating scene?

I remember a lot of the guys in the chamber of r/TrueOffMyChest were complaining that they would appreciate the women coming up to them and asking out for once. I can't remember their exact words but the gist of it was that if they were able to not deal with that pressure AND the pressure of being the breadwinner, that would be amazing for them.

Now imagine that but for women. What if women could ask men out without the fear of being seen as too 'forward' and 'aggressive' (aka, what men have been doing since forever) and still retain their status as a respectable woman. What if they could initiate dates AND not have to deal with the pressure of being the bread winner.
