I'm gonna give some anecdotal evidence and would love to hear your thoughts.

I have been talking to a 28 year old woman. She told me that she had a 4 year relationship that ended 3 years ago and hasn't been in a relationship since. Why? Because for the first time she's starting to really dislike her single life. It's getting boring.

She told me that she went on 30 dates in 2023 and not one went past more than 3 dates. Not one. She said she's started feeling sad at the thought of reaching her 30s without her own husband and kids.

I told her that I think it's because in our current society it's gynocentric, and that many women in the past used to make sure their husband had a good life because they needed to be supported, but that's not the case now. This is why I've chosen to live my life as a bachelor bachelor for now.

She seemed to agree that she was becoming more aware of these things.

It's a small anecdotal evidence yes but I'm hoping it's the start of a trend. What do you guys think?
