I just want the most annoying app ever - a dark mode app that does NOTHING.

For every app that doesn't have dark mode. Multiple widgets, each just change the background color of the app icon to a neutral color. Mabye a second developer app that can be programmed by end users to change the background color according to darkmode state. <br><br>Would be super annoying if it worked, but would also look really clean and could probably make a lot of apps look a LOT better.
