School Email Hacked

My school email account was hacked in December and all the kids in my class have been spammed with horrible racist and threatening emails. The district won't reset my email password. They have tried to get into the account but cannot. We have tried everything and nothing is working. My principal and superintendent have been copied on these emails and won't respond to my pleas for help. What can I do? I am devastated.
