Visiting Barcelona as a tourist really feels like being current year

Barcelona is one of the worst cities I've visited in Europe. The city's streets are super dirty, you have to watch your surroundings at all times, the city's metro is one of the worst in Europe and the city is just overall very chaotic. It's very weird to see some tourists with selfie sticks being oblivious to all this, roaming in the streets completely carefree. It's very weird.
