I am a Christian who believes in universalism.

I am a Christian who believes in universalism. meaning I believe that Christ died upon the cross for all of humanity. And that through his death on the cross he washed away all sins.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Well the title has been explained. I am a Christian and I am a universalist. that's who I am. I believe in the teachings of Christ. But I believe that God is loving. He wont just send people to hell for not worshiping him in the way he wants to be worshiped. I believe that God is more than that. That he is a loving God. who will except us as we are. I just can't imagine that he would send people to hell. when the only thing we can do is sin. It's just not something I can put my faith in. I cant put my faith in a God who I would be afraid to ask him anything. I believe that if I were to worship a God who is like that. I would probably be an atheist. but I want to believe in a God who is loving. a God who is kind. a God who loves everyone. a God who doesn't condemn people to eternal punishment.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I also believe that God created us all in his image. the fact that he created us all in his image shows that he loves us. so to think that if we don't worship him in the right way. or if we don't worship him in a way that he likes that he would condemn us to eternal punishment.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I know that the God I believe in is the real God. but I'm just going to say this. how do you know the God you believe in is the real God. I look in the Bible and it says Gods name is Yeshua. in some places it says Gods name is Jesus Christ. that tells me that the Lord our God is the same in the Old Testament and the New Testament. but how do I know that the God I believe in is the God of the Bible. well I believe that the God I believe in is the same God who was executed upon the cross 2000 years ago.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I just don't believe in a God who only cares about himself. I just can't. I think that is very selfish. the fact that I'm guilty of sin and deserve hell shows me that I'm a sinner. I don't need to know anything else. I just know that I'm a sinner.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I'm sorry if I offended any of you. but this is the God I believe in. and this is what I believe that the Bible teaches. but I don't hold anything against you if you disagree with me in any way.
