Why is my (male) gynaecologist trying to look down my throat every time he talks to me?

I'm an 18 year old girl with PCOS and the gynaecologist I'm seeing is trying to convince me to go on the pill. Every time we talk, he makes full eye contact but keeps pulling his gaze down to my mouth and throat and back into my eyes. It's super uncomfortable, I don't know what to do.<br><br>Edit: it’s because he’s trying to look at the Adam’s apple (voicebox).
