It is 9:45 PM Central, do you know where your children are?

I am seriously considering calling the FBI to report 2 children missing in my city. That's right, you heard me right, 2 children, a boy and a girl, who were last seen walking home from school. They were walking together down an alley where there was no school zones, no crossing guards, and no adults were present to ensure their safe passage. I know that the police were nearby, but did not seem to have a visible presence. The boy was armed with a pistol, but it was holstered and he and the girl were walking with a purpose in their steps. They did not seem to be in any danger, but I am a parent myself and it really bothered me to see them unattended by adults walking alone. I called the local police to see if there were any reports of these children being missing, but have not heard back yet. <br><br>I know that my concern will be seen as laughable to many of you here, but as a parent myself, I have to report this because it is so out of the ordinary in my city and I don't want anything to happen to them.<br><br>I will update you all if and when I hear anything. <br><br>Edit: I just got off the phone with the police. They were very nice to me and said they would send someone over. I asked if there were any reports of children missing and she said she did not see any, but admitted she didn't have all of the reports in front of her. She assured me that someone would stop by to take my information. I am still waiting to hear back.
