Who hit my car with their car overnight?

I parked my car on the street and in the morning I saw there was a huge dent on my car door with a note that stuck under my car window. I pulled the note out. It was a note with a car license plate number saying "I'm sorry about hit your car. My friend was so drunk and he drive my car to hit your car. His name is Yung Kviat. He didn't have a driver license at all, he took my car without my permission and crashed your car. Please forgive him. He means no harm, he just liked to destroy things. Even though he is an alcoholic, he's a good guy, but he sometimes like to destroy things."<br><br>What the hell? Who would write a note and blame his friend, when it's clearly not true. I parked my car on the street, and there was no one around. If I wasn't drunk, maybe I would spot the person who hit my car. It was 3am, there was no one around except the street light above me.
