Repeatedly shoplifting, will they eventually act?

I have been shoplifting from this place for a few months. I go there looking for cameras to remember the spots and when they’re not in (I don’t know I’m all worked up when I’m there and no time to look). So I’m just wondering what will happen if they eventually find out but not too early on? Will they call the cops on me (which is a risk I’m willing to take) and will they ban me? I can’t go back to that store or the area after so I guess it’s all or nothing at that point.
