I sleep for a long time, 12 – 18 hours a day, and when I wake I’m all groggy and my eyes ache. No idea what is going on, where I am, or who I am.

I call “my bedroom” The chamber, it has large windows reaching all the way to the ceiling, and a big bed all made of wood, and it’s so big a family could sleep there and still have space left over. There is a shower room attached to the chamber, and a small kitchen but I’ve never gotten anything out of it.

Every time I wake a short woman – who I assume is some sort of nurse – rushes me through the basics, and all I can do is nod my head like an idiot. First time I woke I was angry, but she calmed me with a small needle and said to go back to sleep, that I’m obviously sick.

I don’t remember getting sick, or how I got here, I just woke up here… in this place.

My name is Theo, I live in Pennsylvania, I met a girl, nobody liked her, but she was all I could think about, and then… then nothing.

That’s all I know.

I’ve tried so many times to do something when I wake but I’m always so tired and so confused when I wake.

This morning though… this morning I was different.

This morning I had an idea.
