Where would a country fit on the North American map?

I've been brainstorming ideas and I want to be able to fit a country on the North American map in the modern day. It can be anywhere, it can be any shape or size, it can be any region, there are no limits. Please give me some ideas for where a country would fit on the North American map. <br><br>*Please note that this would be a sovereign nation within North America, not a state/province.*<br><br>Example ideas in real life include San Marino in southern Europe and Nepal in South Asia.
