The radio in my car was on stand-by mode, then it went in a weird static mode and I heard a voice say in the mic "I need to go to the fucking hospital" . What is this?

This happened years ago, but recently it came to mind.<br><br>At some point, it was around 10 am, I was listening to music. All of a sudden the radio would go in stand-by mode, and then the strange thing happened. It went into a static sound, like an alarm, and I heard a voice saying "I need to go to the fucking hospital". It sounded like someone was talking through a radio, or something like that. I was driving my car in a normal street with houses, nothing too much out of the ordinary. I was a little shocked and didn't understand what happened. It lasted for about 5 seconds and then the radio started working as normal again.<br><br>What is this? Has somebody else experienced something similar?<br><br>nb: I live in Greece
