I swear to fuck, I am so sick of people talking about meditation and aromatherapy. These are super fucking overplayed methods to help you relax. I don’t feel like I need to elaborate on how relaxing. These methods certainly do help with anxiety. I don’t actually know if they help, but they certainly don’t hurt. I think the reason I’m so sick of these methods is that they are so popular. That’s why I don’t personally do these activities. I feel like they are becoming too commercialized. But I digress, I’m not here to rant. I’m here to talk about alternative methods you can use to relax.<br><br>There are plenty of other methods you can use to help with your mental health. Most of these are still super duper easy, and are very relaxing in different ways than meditation and aromatherapy. Meditation is for your mind. Aromatherapy is for your nose. What are alternatives that help other senses? <br><br>Let’s talk about lighting. <br><br>Nobody really talks about lighting. I don’t know why. Lighting is just as helpful as the 2 methods I talked about. Lighting can make you sentimental, nostalgic, happy, and relaxed. <br><br>Lighting can also be sentimental. Do you remember that one day you lit candles and had a romantic dinner with your significant other? Was there one day you lit candles and had a bath? Lighting can also be nostalgic. When lighting a candle, you can remember a time where you used to light candles when you were younger. <br><br><br><br>Lighting can also make you happy. Do you like lighting candles? Do you like lighting fireplaces? This can be a happy experience. You can also share these experiences with friends and family. With a fireplace, you have to be indoors. You can light candles indoors or outdoors. This makes lighting candles a very flexible method. If you want to be with people, you can be with people. If you want to be alone, you can be alone. <br><br><br><br>I remember one time I lit some candles and listened to music. I felt so relaxed. I felt at peace. The moment felt so special. Ironically, I wasn’t even alone. <br><br>Let’s talk about another method; photos. Photos can be very relaxing. Photos can be sentimental. Do you have a photo of you and your ex? This can be a very sentimental experience. This can be very relaxing. You can also remember the relationship you had. This can be a positive or negative experience depending on your situation. I actually wanted to look at nudes, but I didn’t really want to look at nudes. I wasn’t in the right state of mind to look at nudes. I was very stressed. I was very irritated. I was actually very depressed. <br><br>But when I looked at the nudes, all these feelings went away. I felt relaxed. I felt calm. I felt better. I wasn’t irritated. I wasn’t stressed. I wasn’t depressed. <br><br>I felt good. <br><br>I felt like a new person. <br><br>I felt like I could take on the world. <br><br>That’s what this method can do for you. <br><br>That’s why I came up with this method.
