There is this argument that "people that are not part of a minority group cannot say if they are offended or not", but that doesn't mean that a great part of the population is comfortable with this kind of messages. I am a member of a minoritarian group and I'm still not comfortable with this.

You can find this kind of messages all over the internet, and I don't think that this is going to end any time soon.

That is why I think we need to open spaces of conversation between people, and make them feel comfortable to talk about this (always being respectful), because this is the best way to improve society. The problem with online spaces is that you cannot know what a person is thinking or feeling, because you cannot interact with them, so you need to know them personally.

The other thing that I think we need to do is learn to listen, and not just hear, because the difference between the two is huge. Listening is the intention to hear what the other person has to say, while hearing is just the sound of the words that the other is saying.
