Rajaram and Sankrant are actually the most important festivals for Hindus but have been overshadowed by Deepawali.

Bit of a self appointed Historian here but Rajaram and Sankrant are actually the most important festivals in Hinduism. <br><br>1. Rajaram festival is the only festival where all the gods are present along with the Horses and their riders. It is said that on all other festivals only one god is present depending upon the festival. Like Deepawali lord Ganesha, Navratri goddess Durga, Holi lord Shiva and diwali is only celebrated in the houses where the gods are actually present. So it is best festival than all other festivals. It is said that if Ganesha is pleased with the worship, he will bring all the gods to your house and the house will be protected against evil.<br><br>2. Sankrant is the most important festival than all other festivals. Sankrant is not celebrated in the normal houses. It is celebrated in the houses where God Shrikrishna lives. It is said that lord Shrikrishna himself only participates in this and no other festival.<br><br>Both of these festivals are seen by hardly 1/1000 people who claim to be Hindus. And we are wasting our time in Deepawali which is only celebrated in the houses where Ganesha lives or the houses where the gods are actually present.
