Psychedelics are an anti drug. Not a "soft drug"

I don't understand why so many people in the psychedelic subculture call them "soft drugs". The term "soft drugs" usually refers to "weaker" drugs like weed or hash. The term I prefer is "hard drugs" which are dangerous substances like heroin or coke that can easily lead to addiction and destroy lives.

Psychedelics are anti drugs. They should be used to cure people of drug addiction, not develop drug addiction.
Psychedelics are dangerous because of their potency. They are incredibly active in very small doses, and 1 pill, hit, or Tab can be enough to send someone on a trip that will last anywhere from 2-24 hours.

Psychedelics are anti drugs because they can cure drug addiction, PTSD, depression.
Psychedelics can be used a couple of times a year, and you should have 3 months between trips/doses. They are meant to be used as medicine, not recreationally.
