App to Convert a Computer into a Smart Mirror

I want an app for a mirror that converts a single monitor or the second monitor on a desktop computer into a smart mirror. I would go for a minimalist aesthetic, with weather, the time, and news headlines. I would also provide options to change the screen to different colors, or add whatever else people comment that they would like to see on this kind of app.<br><br><br>EDIT: I was asking a friend to look it over, and she mentioned that she would pay for options to add photos, and things like weather radar as well as the standard temperature and precipitation forecast. That would also be a good option, and also provide an option to add anything else that users specifically ask for.
