NVIDIA taken to court by FTC for allegedly making false claims about AI

NVIDIA is being sued by the FTC for allegedly making misleading claims about its AI technology, including those related to health and safety.<br><br>“AI is being integrated into increasingly important aspects of our lives,” said FTC Chair Lina M. Khan. “The FTC is acting today to ensure that companies do not exaggerate claims about this emerging technology. The FTC will continue to scrutinize advertising that could mislead consumers about AI’s capabilities.”
